Team WARR Hyperloop of Technical University of Munich bags the first prize at the SpaceX competition again. Built by German engineers, the competition required this fastest self-propelled pod to travel down three quarters of a one-mile-long tube measuring 6 feet in its outer diameter in Hawthorne, California. Third time winners in a row, the team managed to achieve a top speed of 284 miles per hour with their self-propelled pod thus defeating the other two competitors Delft University, Netherlands and EPF Loop, Switzerland.
Team WARR Hyperloop was also part of the DWIH Indo-German Dialogue: Young Innovators tour held in November last year. To read more about it click here.
